About Your WinSNAP Account

All students, faculty and staff now pay on the WinSNAP debit card plan.
This is not a "credit card" account. Meals must be pre-paid in advance.

Low Account Cards	are handed out daily for students in all grades who accounts are below $2.80 Pre-K to grade 5 $3.00 grades 6-12
Notification Letters	are mailed every other week to all accounts with negative balances
Fair Warning Slips	are mailed with the Notification Letters to all accounts $5.00 or more in arrears

For accounts still $5.00 or more in arrears on any Monday,
only a sandwich and milk will be served
until the account is paid,
unless the student pays for the meal with cash.

There is a $2 fee for replacing a lost, misplaced or damanged card.
Students without cards must wait at the end of the serving line.

You may block the purchase of snacks from your child's account,
but to do this you must notify the Cafeteria Manager at 753-5824.

Please keep money in your child's account at all times. Thank you.

Cafeteria Manager June Barringer will be at school Aug. 27, 28 & 31, 9 AM to 2 PM,
to assist families in completing the application for free and reduced price meals.
Once the school year is under way, she will be at CLCS
on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays, starting at 7 AM and throughout the school day.

Breakfast at School

Breakfast is served daily: Milk and juice, plus choice of two items:
eggs, yogurt or bread item (cereal, bagel, graham crackers, Pop Tart, muffin, Nutrigrain bar).

Breakfast prices for 2007-08:
Students (all grades)- $1.00
Adults - $1.62, tax included

Lunch at School

Lunch prices for 2007-08:
Pre-K - Grade 5 - $1.40
Grades 6 - 12 - $1.50
Adults - $3.00, tax included

We will serve a help-yourself salad bar daily for students from Kindergarten through grade 12.
Thunderbird Hero Sub: Sub roll with chicken tenders. You can add tomato and lettuce also.

In an effort to cut sugar, salt and fat from our lunches we will not be selling a la carte items
like chips, snack, cakes, etc. during lunch. Ice cream will be sold.
