What is the Thunderbird Club?
The Thunderbird Club is the sports booster program for Chautauqua Lake Central School. The Club is a group of members which include parents, grandparents, coaches, community members, school personnel, and alumni.

What type of support has the club given our school?
The Thunderbird Club — through concession sales, apparel sales, 50/50 tickets, and membership dues — has supported our athletes in a number of ways. Donations have gone to support summer soccer camp, team banquets, a wrestling dummy, a volleyball server, cheerleading uniforms, soccer field score boards, and gymnasium chairs, just to name a few. The Thunderbird Club also organizes and partially funds the Tom Drake 5K, with an annual scholarship awarded by the Tom Drake Scholarship Fund to a Chautauqua Lake Central School graduating senior.

Do you need to come to every meeting?
The Thunderbird Club meets the first Wednesday of each month at the American Legion Hall in Mayville.

You are welcome to attend any meeting to give input. As a member of the Thunderbird Club, you can choose how active you would like to be. You may be interested in becoming a member of support only, or you may wish to volunteer for concessions, help sell merchandise, join the Tom Drake 5K committee, or assist in other fundraising opportunities.

How do you join?
To join the Thunderbird Club please complete a membership form which can be found in any school office or on the school website. Choose a level of support: Maroon, Blue, or Gold. By including an email address you will receive monthly Thunderbird Club minutes and updates on events.
