Rise As One - Chautauqua Lake Youth Football 2021

Sign up in person on Saturday May 15 or Saturday June 5,
10:00-3:00 at Gravit Park during Little League Opening Day & Community Baseball Day,
or fill out the online registration form

Flag Football (ages 6-7): $50 Rookie Tackle (ages 8-9) and Tackle (ages 10-12): $100 (This includes a $50 refundable equipment deposit)

Payment is due at sign ups. Cash, Venmo, or checks payable to Thundercat Youth Sports.

Conditioning Camp will be held at the end of July and practices begin in August. You must have a physical within the last year and be paid in full before starting practice.
