Registration for Pre-Kindergarten classes: 

Space in the Pre-Kindergarten programs is limited. Please call the District Registrar, (716) 753-5910, to request a registration packet.

For admission in Fall, Pre-K students must be:

• Four years old by Sept. 1 or Dec. 1, depending on the program
• Immunized
• District Residents

New Registrations:

You are encouraged to setup an appointment with the Registrar.  The parent/guardian of the student must contact the District Registar's office by calling (716) 753-5910. 

Parents/guardians must provide the following documentation prior to receiving an enrollment packet:

• Proof of Residency (2 forms required)
  • Pay stub, showing address
  • Income tax form
  • Deed or lease to house/apartment
  • Utility or other bills sent to the student's home address
  • Voter registration document
  • Official driver's license, learner's permit or non-driver ID
  • State or other government-issued ID
• Proof of Guardianship (Birth Certificate with both the name of the person registering the child, and the child's name)  OR Legal Court Order or Order of DSS with the name of the person registering the child, the child's name and the date of the order.

Tuition at CLCS

Tuition students are welcome to attend Chautauqua Lake Central School if space remains.  Tuition for out-of-district students changes annually. Non-resident tuition requests require Board of Education approval. Current tuition rates are:

• Pre-K: $2,865
• K-6: $8.081
• 7-12: $8,975

Our goal is to provide high-quality education. Please know that the District is committed to enrolling children as quickly as possible and will work closely with parents and persons in parental relation to children to obtain all necessary documentation.
