We are proud to announce that our CLCS Varsity Girls' Basketball team brought home the Section VI Class C-1 Girls' Basketball Championship on Saturday, March 7. 

The Thunderbirds defeated Falconer 67-49 with a total team effort. Lily Woodis, Rebecca Henry, Kyleigh Perdue, and Lexi Jacobson were all double-digit scorers.

The girls now advance to the Sectional Cross-Over game against the #1 seeded C-2 champions, Holland. The cross-over match will be played on Tuesday, March 10 at Jamestown Community College at 6 p.m. 

If the girls win the cross-over match they will advance to the NYS Far West Regional Championship game which will be held on Saturday, March 14 at Rush-Henrietta.
