Three CLCS students are participating in the AdkAction Student PSA Contest. The theme of the contest is, "Spread the Word, Not the VIrus."

Winners will be announced at noon on Monday, February 1, 2021.

"We want to see what students across New York State have to say about preventing the spread of the virus," said Brittany Christenson, Executive Director of AdkAction. "COVID fatigue is real, and we all need to be reminded of the critical importance of following public health advice."

Video submissions are being judged by teachers, nonprofit leaders, and Health Department staff. Judges are looking for PSAs that show considerable originality and inventiveness, with compelling messaging that evokes emotion. 

We will share each of the student's PSAs once a winner has been announced on Feb. 1.
