The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine has now been authorized for emergency use for children ages 5-11 in a two-dose series. The vaccine for this age group has been formulated specifically for this age group and is a much lower dosage than that of the vaccine approved for those 12 and up. 

Chautauqua Lake is hosting 1 of the 3 regional clinics that are only for children in the 5-11 age group. Only the pediatric Pfizer vaccine will be offered.

Visit chqgov.com to register and print consent forms prior to the clinic to speed up clinic operations. Vaccines will be provided for children at no cost. The adult bringing the child to the clinic must present a government-issued ID card. Every person is required to wear a mask.
