Congrats to CLCS Board Member Travis Bensink who is the winner of St. Susan’s Center ‘So You Think You Can Cook’ fundraiser!

He was one of three finalists who faced off last night in the final round which was hosted by Celebrity Chef Geoffrey Zakarian at the Crystal Ballroom.

Opening a mystery basket of ingredients. the chefs had 20 minutes to prepare the first 2 courses and 30 minutes for the entrée.

Word is Travis' entrée of angel hair tossed in alfredo sauce, twin seared fillets, poached egg, roasted tomato, fried basil, and shaved parmesan is what secured his win!
