Future leaders in action 

CHQ Kids Care students took the stage at the New York State American Water Works Association NYWE Conference, surrounded by industry leaders from across the state. They shared their passion for protecting water, building stronger communities, and inspiring the next generation workforce.

As part of the One Water Workforce Initiative, they shared their voice, ideas, and leadership—networking, presenting, and even helping judge a water tasting.

A special thank you to County Executive PJ Wendel for his continued support of youth leadership, workforce development, and opportunities that prepare students to become future changemakers.
