Any person in the workforce providing essential operations during the COVID-19 crisis in need of child care services should fill out the survey below. County officials are collecting the information so resources can be made available to all who need it.

Included on the list of essential workers are Health Care Workers, Direct Support Professionals, First Responders, Food Industry, Transportation, Construction and Manufacturing, and Non-Profit or Social Service Agencies. 

The Chautauqua Lake Central School District is partnered with the Chautauqua Lake Child Care Center to provide these services.
