RIT offers Project Lead The Way students the opportunity to receive undergraduate credit for 5 PLTW courses:
- Introduction to Engineering Design
- Principles of Engineering
- Computer Integrated Manufacturing
- Digital Electronics
- Civil Engineering and Architecture
To qualify, students must earn a stanine score of 6 or higher on the end-of-year exam (6 equals a C; 7 equals a B; 8 and 9 equal an A), and have a class average of 85% or higher.
The cost of each course is $225 and each course is worth 3 semester credits.
Students who wish to earn RIT credit may do so by completing the registration form and sending it back to:

PLTW high school students who register for RIT college credit will receive a grade report at the end of the term in which they register.
Students who apply to colleges other than RIT may request that a transcript be sent to those schools at no cost by completing the Transcript Request Form.
Each college and university, and each academic program (including those at RIT) established its own policies for accepting transfer credits.
