How can parents help boost our school’s funding?

Complete a free/reduced lunch application!

Why?  

Much of our federal and state funding is dependent upon the number of free/reduced applications that are submitted yearly to the district and accepted.  While breakfast and lunch are free this year to all students, the number of accepted applications is actually a large factor in determining our federal and state aid. This funding provides essential resources and additional funding for special programs. 

What do I need to do next? 

If you’ve already completed an application, thank you, nothing more is needed.

If you haven’t completed an application, you can now complete one online. It is secure and simple to fill out.  This application goes directly to our free/reduced lunch program supervisor and allows our district to not only maximize federal and state funding but also potentially provide additional support to your child. 

When is it due?  

If you think you may be eligible, please take a moment to fill out the electronic application form as soon as possible, but no later than Monday, October 4th, 2021.  Please spread the word to others who may also be eligible.
