Good Afternoon Chautauqua Lake Families:

This is Dr. Liddell, Superintendent. The leadership team members have been working today to review the various guidance documents that were sent out last night by the New York State Department of Health regarding shortened isolation and quarantine timelines. The updated guidance enables students and staff to reduce isolation and quarantine periods from 10 to 5 days starting today.  There are some nuances in the reduction criteria and to help better understand the changes, our leadership team has developed an infographic that is posted on our website for your review. We will update the infographic as additional guidance becomes available. Our principals and nurses have already begun reaching out to parents of students who are presently quarantined that may be able to have their time reduced.
