Free or Reduced-Cost Energy Audits
Green Jobs - Green New York (GJGNY) offers free and reduced-cost residential energy audits to income-eligible owners of 1- to 4-unit residential buildings. Through the program, Chautauqua Opportunities, Inc., will provide a comprehensive home assessment or energy audit to identify energy saving opportunities.
Passport Applications
Passport applications are processed at the Chautauqua County Clerk's Office, the Chautauqua Post Office, and many other Post Offices. Passport photo service is also available at the Clerk's Office and Post Office.

The United Way provides a 24/7 confidential referral service connecting people to vital social services provided by non-profit and government agencies. Each call is answered by a trained specialist who searches for services and explains how to access those services.
Income Tax Program
The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program uses IRS-trained and certified volunteers to help income-eligible taxpayers file their federal and state tax returns electronically, for free.
