The public may request access to Chautauqua Lake Central School District records under New York State's Freedom of Information Law (FOIL). FOIL requires that existing documents, not information, be provided. Certain records are specifically exempted from disclosure by State or Federal statute.  For more information, visit the web page of the NYS Committee on Open Government.

Records may be accessed during normal office hours: 8 AM to 4:30 PM daily. 
 

To request access to Chautauqua Lake Central School District records:

Complete the top half of the Application for Public Access to Records by hand, and send it to the Records Access Officer by mail or in person.

Fees: Photocopies of records are available at a cost of 25 cents per page.
