The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FASFA) is used to apply for financial aid for college and graduate school. FASFA will calculate your Expected Family Contribution (EFC) to determine how much aid your family will be eligible for.
The FASFA website is full of information about financial aid, eligibility, student loans, financial tips, important deadlines and much more to make sure that you are prepared and knowledgeable about the financial decisions ahead. The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is completed online for both national and international colleges and universities.
If you are not ready to complete the full FASFA or are just beginning to plan for college, the Federal Student Aid Estimator will give you an estimate of your eligibility for federal student aid.
