Dances are for high school students who attend Chautauqua Lake Secondary School.  Students enrolled through the district at partner schools such as BOCES or other out of district placements may attend if they are in good standing at their school, and with a guest authorization form. Students in out of district placements through Chautauqua Lake must have this guest form filled out and turned in prior to purchasing their ticket.   Students with suspensions in the school year, academic failures, lack of attendance, or other disciplinary/behavioral concerns that would impact the event are not eligible to attend.  The form, academic, discipline, and attendance records will then be reviewed by the principal and principal of the student's school.
