This notice is to inform you of your rights regarding the referral and evaluation of your child for the purposes of Special Education services or program.  

The New York State Education Department provides A Parent's Guide to Special Education.  A Spanish language version is also available.

If you would like a printed copy of A Parent’s Guide to Special Education, please contact Mrs. Kathy Freeman in the Student Services office, (716) 753-5877.
