The central school building and grounds are a center for community groups and organizations to utilize but certain procedures must be followed to request usage of school facilities. 

Individuals and community groups wishing to use any school facilities, including playing fields, must follow these step at least 10 days prior to the intended time of use:

Step 1:  Chautauqua Lake Central School District utilizes an online registration program (Master Library Schedules) for facility usage.  Please click the following link to access the registration page.  You must first register as an individual / group, school staff will review your request and contact you with any questions.  Please note information such as your insurance coverage is required at the time of registration.

Step 2:  Once school staff review and approve your request you will receive an email indicating your approval as a new individual or group.

Step 3:  With your account information you can now log into the Master Library Schedules system and request a "space" to utilize at the district.  The login page link is listed below:

Any issues with your login to the website please utilize the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset any account information.  Other questions about the school or facilities can be sent to communityrelations@clake.org or calling 716-753-5802.

 

OTHER IMPORTANT UPDATES CONCERNING FACILITY USAGE

Regular school activities have first priority. Requests from other groups or organizations will be reviewed and, if approved, will be assigned space according to the order of the receipt of their request.

Everyone using school facilities must comply with district rules, regulations and policies. The adult in charge of the activity must read and understand the rules and requirements printed on the back of the Facility Usage form and is responsible for the conduct of those in attendance, including any children who accompany adults in attendance.

In order to ensure that there is adequate insurance coverage, the district's insurance provider requires any community group requesting use of school facilities to answer questions about the group's public liability insurance policy. In addition, those participating in the event may be asked to sign an Informed Consent form. For most proposed uses of school facilities, a Certificate of Insurance is required.


Tennis Courts and Outdoor Track

The tennis courts and outdoor track are available for public use at no charge when gates are unlocked and these facilities are not in use by student groups or teams. Please respect rules for use posted at each location.


Indoor Track

The indoor track is open to the public during the school year (not in the summer). There is a small fee. Participants must pre-register through the District Office.  An I.D. badge and a schedule of days/times participants may use the indoor track are sent by mail when registrations are processed. Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is open to the public by pre-registration only.
