Please be aware that for everyone’s safety, every student must leave school at the end of each school day (3 p.m.), unless he or she is involved with a planned, supervised after-school activity, such as:

• Academic help with a teacher by prior arrangement
• Detention
• Participating in an athletic practice
• Meeting or activity of an extra-curricular club or organization
• Workout with a qualified monitor in the Weight Room

It is not appropriate for students to stay at school without such a planned, supervised activity, even if they plan to attend or participate in an athletic competition or other event later in the afternoon or evening.  An adult must supervise any student attending a game or watching a practice.  Students may not stay to watch a sibling’s athletic practice without a supervising adult.
