Critically Important Building Systems:

• Geothermal well vault, replace deteriorated valves
• Replace main heat pump loop pumps
• Upgrade antiquated fire alarm panel
• Generator replacement
• Replace 20-year-old pool dehumidification system
• Replace major air handling units
• Replace 20-year-old make-up air units
   

Building Envelope Improvements:

• Replace window systems building-wide
• Replace exterior ceramic wall tile with a more suitable building materials
• Replace EFIS also known as Dryvit at manufacturing technology area
   

Computer Technology Infrastructure:

• Replace existing clocks with new I.P. clocks and speakers
• Server enhancements and replacements
• Upgrade theatrical stage lighting and sound
   

Cafeteria Enhancements:

• Replace 20-year-old kitchen equipment
• Renovation to kitchen and cafeteria to increase capacity and flow
   

Technology Program Expansion:

• Expansion of the technology suite to house the reimagined wood shop program to augment the manufacturing technology program
   

Athletic and Site Facility Improvements:

• Tennis court restoration
• Scoreboard replacement at main gym
• Additional parking along loop near basketball/softball fields 
• Replace playground equipment and replace wood chips with a new rubberized safety surface
• New synthetic turf field at athletic complex
• Replace main entrance sign and enhance signage campus-wide
• Upgrade athletic field lighting to LED
• Wrestling room expansion
